No GM is declining because they are still huge ***, crap gone, no one wants to buy, ... and bad financial practices and management.

Do not blame the Democrats for it. Without GM.

The U.S. federal income tax credit for the purchase of a new output stage of the Toyota hybrids have from 1 Started in October 2006. It has stopped, a federal tax credit for Toyota hybrids (like the Prius), since 1 October 2007.

The tax credit for hybrid vehicles has been adopted by President George W. Bush as part of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. He had a clause so that the tax credit would be fully in the years after the quarter in which a car manufacturer sells 60,000 hybrids eliminated. Toyota was the first to achieve this milestone, and Honda has also been beaten. Ford seems to be the next ...

There are many myths, urban legends and misinformation out there on hybrid vehicle batteries and vehicle production, thanks to a lack of CNW Marketing Research, and small student newspaper article that cities keep forever .. .

Anyway, I suggest reading:
Hummer versus Prius: "Dust to Dust" report to mislead the media and the public with Bad Science: http://www.pacinst.org/topics / integrity_ ...
Hummer versus Prius: A penny for your thoughts ... http://www.sierraclub.org/sierra/200711/
Las I had an article stating the Prius a worse impact on the environment created as a Hummer because of the enormous air pollution in the manufacture of car batteries. Right? "Http: / / www.straightdope.com/columns/0804 ...

Usually the mythic "article" in the Courier on the nickel in NiMH batteries for hybrid cars has entered the appointment of a company's product. The retraction that this piece of misinformation has been approved at: http://www. mailonsunday.co.uk pages / live ...
(They were based on data from early 1970 through the INCO nickel mine in Sudbury, more than 20 years before the first hybrid NiMH batteries needed represented, and the plant has greatly cleaned themselves and to reforest the region again since then. If you add up the amount of nickel in the million + hybrids sold since 1997, the sum is still less than 1% of annual production of nickel in the nickel for the world more used (stainless steel), for example.)

But yes, pay any vehicle with oil on global warming (CO2, methane, etc.) emissions, the Toyota Prius, including, but fuel-efficient vehicles like the Prius is http://www. fueleconomy United States. UU. . gov / FEG / better / best ... only less polluting than other vehicles.
