Go read IRS Publication 527th

Suppose you meet the strict criteria of the area that will be used exclusively and regularly for business, you can use a percentage of the utilities, insurance, not mortgage rates. (You also get a deduction for depreciation, but will be returned when you think of yours, which is not as great as the people who it is.)

In percentage terms, you need to know the entire room of your house and the amount of occupied space in the garage.

The expenditure in the field of thermal insulation and sealing of the garage door must be capitalized.
