I had a BestBuy special set-top DVD recorder. I took a dump on me. I almost never use the damn thing, and I think because I have a DVD ± RW + / - on my computer to a TV input card should apply for them. Each Sudgestions?

The PC is a Pentium 4 3GHz 800mhzFSB. w / 1 GB of RAM. I think the upgrade to 2 GB soon, if I do not think that's a big problem.
